going to the x-games with two friends, which type of beer to buy? we're going to get a 24 pack and so far i'm thinking either pbr, pilsner, keystone ice or kokanee. which one? they're all cheap and i'm not too sure if we can get pilsner or kokanee here in colorado.

out of those i would go kokanne. pilsner second. i have never tried pbr, i will next time i go to the liquor store. and i have never tried keystone either

I was gonna say canadien beer but it dosnt apply, so im gonna say kokanee because its the only one I know.... bassicaly dissregard everything I said I you want a valid opinion

where can you buy the pil and keystone? I thought pil was only available in western canada and keystone in the states. Seriously though dude, you have chosen some shity beer, and buy two two-fours

PBR if you want to look cool when you drink. Kokanee if you want to enjoy what your drinking.

My number one suggestion would be coors light if you want to get SHITTY.

PBR is $8 here, whats with that? gimme some for $5 fo 12 and we can talk, otherwise get me some sailor jerry

keystone light starts to taste like water before you open a can.. when you start drinking they taste like can..

man up and spring for some better yet still cheap beer.. guinness/pbr/premium.. and if you have three guys you might want more than a case unless youre gonna be there one night..

How old are you, 12?

And whoever says pbr is bad obviously doesn't ski.

titsLOL: Mikes hard if you gotta ask.

indeed, a wonderful product. Seriously though, if you're not from CO try some of their microbrews... don't waste your time with shitty beer, besides your in America now, beer of all types is mad cheap so go for the good stuff.

word man. that shits the fucking best 30 pack for 16$ can't go wrong

in college all i drink is PBR, natty, sometimes bud if i'm lucky.

but i say go miller light, that shit is goooood.

Um so far this season our fridge has had blue moon, guinness, heineken, Firestone, Mammoth IPA, and fat tire..... No PBR, Keystone, Bud light, Coors light, or any other crap.
Just cause you ski doesnt mean you buy crappy beer. I'ld rather work an hour more a week and have good beer than work an hour less and have crap beer. I have many friends that would agree to this.
Maybe its just when you get old enough to have tasted good beer you start caring.

word 30 pack for 14$ ... you can't go wrong

but in college all i drink is PBR, natty, red dog, bud light if i'm lucky, and if i'm super lucky miller light

miller is the way to go, that shit is suuuuupreme.

I'll start caring when I'm not a poor college student. Sure, i'd love to drink blue moon, sierra nevada, pyramid, or fat tire when i get drunk, but those all cost about 3 times more than pbr or miller high life.

The relation of becoming older to drinking better beer is directly correlated to earned income.

Not true. I pay more now considering I'm now paying $280 a month in student loans + all the expenses I had in college yet I'm only making $10 an hour. I just haven't bought a new jacket in 6 years, the snowpants I got last year were handy downs from my rich roommate, I spend $40 a week max on groceries and make enough food to feed 5 people and turn it into 5 different dinners. I eat well, I drink good beer, I have nice skis and a decent car. My clothing may not be new, but it is all still fashionable, and I admit to cutting my own hair and renting movies from the library, but there are some things in life where quality is priority.... for me, beer, wine and liquor are on that list. As are skis, shoes, computers, and my free time.

^well pbr is still just darn delicious. and u know it. as well as anything from the alaskan brewing co
