You need to also jump when you are throwing the trick, not just when you are bouncing around. I believe that this is why you did not land it. looks like you kinda bounced down and started your rotation wayyy too early

Yeah I noticed that when I looked at the video. So much air until I throw it. I'll have that figured out next time i hit the tramps

wind up and throw but try to not start your rotation until your feet leave the tramp.
