heres the deal... im going with my gf to visit her cousins out in western mass on saturday. they want to go skiing in VT on sunday and want to do a day trip. they said killy, but since im the argumentitive type i disagreed and said its too far for a day trip casue we (my gf and i) have to drive all the way back to boston, and that its gonna jsut be too crazy (i hate killy anyways, no real reason i just dislike it) so any other suggestions of places that are open and close than killington, im thinking okemo, has anyone skid there yet this year?? thansk!

okemo is prolly the way to go for early season, but if it snows a bunch this weekthen go to sugarbush.....right now sugarbush has two trials on the top and a few rails, but if it snows and stays cold then u will be able to ski top to bottom

yeah im thinknig definatley Okemo, i looked at their site and they are looking good, now just to convince her family to go there instead of killy

im in the same situation, we're going to stratton if we have a big enough crew and if not, then we're going to okemo.

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy

i dont think stratton is open... go to skivermont.com and theres this thing i opened thats like a picture of the state of vt and u go overa little dot and it says what resort with conditions and stuff

Do Okemo! It is easier to get back to Boston. Plus, most of the people that work at and go to Killington are pricks (or from New Jersey).

yeah, Okemo's been the best this early so far.

dont go to stratton they had to close the mountain today from so much rain

greenfield southside worldwide cause i rep that till i fuckin die

oh, and my mountain(Mount Snow) is opened and we have jibs and stuff but not too many trails=busy/crowded on weekends until there's more terrain opened.
