Hi Y'all

I just got a fake id from a guy on campus, well I am picking it up next tuesday. I have a question for you about what happens in the worst case senario. Now the id doesn't scan, which is okay at the majority of the places around here... I know two people with ids from this guy and they work everywhere in cola.

Anyways, what happens in the worst case senarios. Say the cashier scans my id and it doesn't work. What should i do.. ?

Also what happens if Im downtown and a police officer asks to see my identification as I am drinking. What should I do in this situation to prevent criminal charges.
 
if the person says it dosent scan ... just be like sorry went through the wash in my jean pocket. must be what happend...

and the cop situation.... don't show him a fake id. because they will run it if they ask for your id possibly... just run haha jokes... I would just try not to be seen by cops that would be shitty. but if your at a bar,, your already in there and drinking the odds of them asking are not likely unless you look like a little boy. hope that helps
 
1. you are an idiot

1a. if the person doesn't accept your id, leave the store...

1b. decide for yourself if you think it's a good idea to give a cop a fake id
 
1. Don't bring a fake ID to a cashier, they WILL scan it.

2. Only use it at local college bars cause they don't give a shit and will let anyone in with a decent ID.

3. Don't go downtown with it cause they will probably turn it down. If cops see you drinking just tell them outright you are underage. Don't try to fool a cop with a fake ID, then you get fucked for underage drinking AND a fake ID.
 
well first off: If someone cards you and knows it's a fake, just walk away.

second: If you are asked for id from a cop while drinking in public, you're breaking the law regardless, so give him your real id.

third: If you are asked for id from a cop in a bar, ask him if you are under arrest and if so, for what. Once he informs you that you are not under arrest, just put your drink down (or finish it if it's getting near the bottom) and walk away.

I suppose that is all.
 
well SLED south carolina law enforcement division really cracks down on underage drinking downtown. Instead of solving serious crimes like violence (there have been multiple shootings/robberies) they focus on underage drinking. They usually send multiple undercover officers in aka don't buy drinks for people you don't know/can't trust, but they also do "raids" where they go in and ask to see ids
 
if it doesnt scan u can either use the wash excuse or say that it doesnt scan because u keep it in ur wallet next to ur debit/credit card (idk how this happens but if u keep the two together it makes the id not scan, same with magnetic cards to open doors)..worst case scenario the shop owner/bar tender is not gonna give back ur card and may report it and shred it (they rarely ever report it)..if a cop asks DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM..they will know that thing is fake in a second and then ur in trouble
 
Never show cops your fake ID... that just puts you in a bigger hole. I had a friend in college who got stopped, the cops asked for his ID, and the dumbass gave the cops the fake. So not only did he get an underage ticket but one for having a fake ID and another for providing false information. Its better to get one ticket than three.
 
Try to bullshit him first and see if he buys your excuse. If not, grab that shit and book it. Just make sure you don't go back to that store for a while.

As far as cops are concerned: not worth it to try and bullshit them. Don't even take the fake ID out.
 
Yea dont show a cop your fake.

BUT

my roomate freshman year got stopped by a cop while he was drunkenly walking home, showed the cop his 21, and the cop let him go a second later.
 
it wont scan everyone and there mother says they can make ID's that scan and I've yet to see one work. my advice to you would be to go to a right aid at like 2 am and slip a work 10$ just to see if it scans don't actually buy anything.
 
Ask around and find out which bars/stores give you a hard time or scan when you have a fake... im sure your not the first person around to have one so plenty of people should know the do's and donts in your town. If its a college town bars will for sure be harder on you.

When I had my fake (before being 21) walmart was the place to go for buying beer... the average casheir has hates their life and could care less about what your doing, plus since the typical person in line isnt buying beer the cashier is less likely to recognize a fake.
 
right i didn't read it, but to answer the 2nd question i got in trouble for falling asleep on the subway in NYC and only had my fake id on me. when the he asked where is your id i said i don't have any id on me i was then arrested and searched. he found the id and got this shit eating grin like ooo now your fucked he even said to me "so this is what you use" the other officer said and i quote "you can't charge him with that he said he didn't have any id on him and he didn't try to say that was him." how ever i will say it was an old ass ny state id that was real it just wasnt me. long story short gave the id back to me and took me to central booking where i flushed it down the toilet, and was only charge with a violation for sleeping on a nyc subway.
 
scratch that on buying beer at walmart in colorado... i forgot they have lower alch % unless you go to a liquor store.
 
any liquor store ive ever been in the state of Colorado has never scanned my id boulder breck foco frisco vail keystone never they just look at it.
 
I go to USC--South Carolina. Thus college town. Also, my fake is from Connecticut, although I'm from PA thus i have a northern accent (to down here).

Also in a situation where a cops sees me drinking and asks for my id, do I have to provide it? and if i do show him my real I'm obviously fucked plus he would probably see my fake when they search me or whatever.
 
They dont grab your wallet and look through every card you have. They just look in your pockets for drugs and weapons. They will toss your wallet on the car, so just hide the ID once you get past security at the bar in a pocket that it wont fall out of.

And did you ever get a date?
 
yes dumb ass if a cop asks to see your id you have to show it to him. he'll see your real id know your underage arrest you search you and find your fake.
 
Go to a country with normal, sensible drinking laws - Europe, Canada etc...

Problem solved.

dude r u dumb? do not show a cop either id..christ just say u dont got it..and the only reason a cop will ever ask to see ur id if ur clearly fucked up in public..if u cant sober up for the commute between bars u shouldnt even be drinkin..ive had multiple run ins with cops..never been arrested..either run or give him a story that u lost ur id or just dont have it cause ur afraid youd lose it if u get drunk
 
Not worth a fake id IMO i got caught with one years ago at a beer garden, I HAD the id on me diddnt use it for the beer garden, i only used it at a specific Chinese restaurant, cops found it and charged two felonies for forging RMV documents and impersonating someone, they ultimately got droped and heavy probation but went through so much shit.

But as far as college towns i go to UNH durham and just about all places require two forms of id which eliminate fake id's for alot of people. But CAMPCO is holding it down for the young folks, half the time they dont ID and you can buy beer and cigs on Cats Cache (school ID With money on it)
 
NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give a cop your fake. Ultimately, not only will you get busted for underage consumption, but also for identity theft/fraud/whatever other bullshit charges they want to levy on you.

Don't go to a club with it either. Bouncers are a lot better at spotting fakes that the arab at the gas station (/racist stereotypical comment)

If anyone ever calls you out - RUN. Better to lose the id than to lose the id AND get busted. Also, don't ever pull it out of your wallet for them to see. Some places will do that and you're better off just leaving and finding another gas station or whatever.
 
This is basically what I do. I've had eyedrops and a lighter and shit on me and was searched on suspicion for tokin' the ganj in public... which I did. But if you're polite and cooperative, I doubt you'll get ticketed or anything.

if your a troll good job you win buddy. if not do not go out to bars you are not ready for a fake you will get caught and get into serious trouble your talking about a life record and jail time it's a felony.
