hey guys

i'm originaly from austria, but living here in ny for a year now...

i was skiing all my life, but the last 3 years i did just snowboard, since i didn't bring it i want to get something new, and try newschool skiing...

i'd say i'm really good at skiing and i like stiff skis, but i never did any freestyle stuff just normal straight air s and big racing jumps... (i did a lot of backcountry, but in the classical style)

so, now my question, what ski and what binding (i'm 6'0 and 140 lbs) to get??

i was looking at the elan mo2 (don't want to get any of this mainstream stuff everybody has.. like the scratch or the 1080...) the 4frnt are too soft and so now its up to you... any suggestions??

thanks a lot

oh i forgot, i think since here are more parks and almost no back country at all they should be at like 65 % park and 35 % back country or 70/30 would be alright too.. i don't need too wide ones. they should just be able to take a lot..

head madtrix mojo...or k2 seth pistol

Jeepers Creepers, where'd you get the neat sneakers?!?!

hehehe giggle giggle giggle

Rossi Scratch FS, my friend. They may be popular, but there is a reason why (it's because Rossignol is super rich and has wicked marketing and shops everywhere, like walmart... but you know)

Why wouldn't you want em?

Or do you want to get some skis from a rider owned company like faction?

4frnt are too soft? have you even ever skied them? there not soft compared to any twin on the market in fact there on the stiffest end. If you want stiffer, then 4frnt, go Volkl.
