What to do with my old skis

I finally retired a pair of beat up old line blends that I've been skiing on for a few seasons and I want to build something out of them.

Does anyone have any good ideas about what to make?

shot ski.

Or if you have any friends getting engaged, or married, paint it with chalkboard paint, or white paint and have friends use a white or silver sharpie (on the black), or a regular sharpie (on white) to sign them-- you could do it as a surprise, or donate them to an engagement party for the couple.

When my husband and I had an engagement party, I had him paint his old enemies white, and we had guests sign them in black sharpie.

It seemed super original at the time, and we still get compliments on them. Since then, we've had quite a few friends "steal" the idea.

Also, you could paint them with a sports team of your favorite football team and hang them in a game room.

I was going to say Wine rack, but this is pretty cool too.

I actually think I might do this with a pair of old ski's I have(engagement thing and getting people to sign them).

I would keep them. Depending on which model though. if you have the latest design with the 100 mm waist, I would keep them as powder skis, unless you are getting wider ones. I use my old skis for urban.

There is always the option of giving them to me :)
