What to do With an Unfinished Basement

So me and my buddies have a house next year away at school were renting. Its a 3 bedroom bungalo, and it has an unfinished basement. We want to use this space for something and have no idea what. Any ideas?
 
And finishing it isnt an option because we dont have the time or money, and were only renting it anyway so we dont want to.
 
hell yeah party room.... then it would be less likely for people to be messing around with your stuff upstairs you might be worried about when your drunk.

Beerpong..great idea...maybe couches, chairs, lighting, maybe a television..speaker system...all depends on how much money you want to spend....

get a snake and make the whole down stairs like a jungle or something. maybe put in some tropical birds and like a koi pond or something and like nature trails. so basically a fucking sick zoo.
 
Why would you spend money on a house you are renting? Most likely you wouldn't see a dime come back.
 
Definitely. It shouldn't even be a question. Get some cheap speakers to put around the room and blast shitty music and charge $5 at the door and you'll be rollin in it in no time.
 
i wouldnt finish it, but like buy cheap carpets at like garage sales and some cheap couches and shit. get like a beer pong table and some other cheap party shit. that way, you can have ragers down there and not give a shit when things get fucked up
 
i wouldn't put carpet down cause i was thinking the same shit beer pong party room but if there is carpet you won't want to just leave spills cause it'll smell real bad.. just leave it cement so if you spill no big deal wait till it evaporates or just mop it up lata... Build your own beer pong table me and my buddy did standered plie wood of 4 x 8 and just sand it down paint and out door priemer so it wont matter if it gets wet we did it and it works perfect we did red and chrome spray paint looks sick and had all our friends sign it in silver sharpie....
 
recording studio. sound proof the bitch and start spitting rhymes and making beats all day.
 
to those who said mini sticks or floor hockey, MAD respect haha

couple of my suggestions:

put a net down there and shoot around

basement rail for jibbin

party room (real creative...)

smoking room

brew your own beer

stripper pole and white-ish couches so no stains show
