What to do on a plane for 4 hours

yeah so im flying alone from jfk to fort myers in a couple days and what are some fun/different things i can do on the plane?
 
striaght up either bring a laptop/dvd player and watch movies or sleep or music
there aint nothing better unless your into like suduku or whatever
 
get a clicky pen (with the button on top) and some wire, attach wire to pen, and lead into your pocket, in the middle of the flight, stand in the isle and press the top of the pen, nothing will happen, look shocked and confused, shake the pen and try and click a few more times, then sit back down with the look of failer in your face
 
Drink about a thousand mini bottles of vodka and then hit on a stewardess and forget your bags. And then film Kristi Leskinen with a fish eye (should be a crime).
 
I do two hour flights home from school every couple months. It seems like I just throw on some techno and pass out. Or watch a movie on your comp. Or read a magazine? O and sky mall sucks...Just avoid it...everything in that fucker is sooooo expensive, but there's some crazy shit in there.
 
god i was on a 31 hour bus ride to telluride the other week, after that i would be able to shit a 4 hour flight
 
First of all 4 hour flights seem like 3 because takeoff + landing time take almost 1 hour. In 3 hours you can watch 1 movie, listen to 3 CD's, play 1 video game, read a book, read 4 magazines, sleep, etc. 4 hour flights aren't that bad, try flying out of the country.
 
yeah when i went to poland it was an 8 hour flight. basically i just crocheted and listened to music. time goes by so fast when you listen to music. dont try sleeping, it sucks ass if you are riding coach.
 
wow stop your bitchin 4 hours isnt long at all. i need to fly from JFK to Beijing in 2 months thats like 20 hours any tips for what i should do on that
 
haha yea for sure. I flew to bolivia, took foreverrrrrr. 24 hours of total time, such an adventure traveling down there. 3 hours from jfk to miami, 9 HOUR LAYOVER in miami, then 6 hour flight to la paz bolivia, missed connecting flight to my other city, had to take this sketchy taxi to this military airport and fly another half hour to my city. Craziness. 24 hours in total more or less. Some people i met from europe said it took them like 40 hours of total travel time
 
i dnt think u guys get it im not "bitching" about a 4 hour flight just trying to come across new ideas to pass the time. and for the record i travel to turkey every summer which is a 15h flight. plus take over 12 hour bus rides wen im ther
 
it took me 24 hrs. to fly from pittsburgh to vail. got on plane, really bad storm, flew over denver for 2 hrs. then landed there. waited for 6 hrs. tried to get back on plane, no dice. waited 2 more hrs. but eagle valley or something like that airport still couldn't be flown into. took a bus/van thing to vail and it took 6.5 hrs. due to accidents and bad roads. and i missed the last day of the US Open cause we took so long to get there. i was pissed.
 
try to pick up chewing tobacco and throw in a couple on the plane. it pases time and It's a fun game for me since i always fly northwest and they don't allow "smokeless tobacco of any form" so i always try to hide it from the stewardist. I'm not sure why they dispise it so much. Maybe cause the spit bottle grosses people out or something.
 
I've got a trip to Dubai soon (the place with the indoor ski hill) and its going to take 25 hours to get there. Its gonna be rough, especially with a 7 hour stopover in Frankfurt, that airport is boring as hell.
 
I pretty took that flight yesterday. I went from Portland Maine to Charlotte North Carolina to fort Meyers, it sucked. Good view over Florida though.

read magazines

see how many phone numbers you can get, there are no limits on women.

ask the person next to you if you would get in trouble for bringing home made bombs on the plane

bring as much food as possible to eat

are you dumb? how many flights have you been on?

4 hours is from take off to landing

that doesnt include either, so its really 4+ hours on a plane
 
no shit. try a 44 hour ride in a van, that's much worse. Plus, I had to stay up the whole time and talk to the drivers so they didn't fall asleep because my brother is a whiny little bitch and wouldn't do it.
 
I just spent like 6 hours watching movies, and doing a rubiks cube. i beat the rubiks cube. it feels awesome.
