What to charge for photo?

Somebody commented on a photo on my flickr page and wants to use it on aprox 100 "save the date" cards for a wedding that is happening this summer. What is an appropriate price for something like this? I will admit, the photo is not that great and was taken with my first slr, but hey, i wont turn down selling something :).
So, whats the deal? how much should I be charging (to be fair, not over/under priced)? I can post the pic if people want to see it but its nothing special.
 
i dont know how much it would cost to make 100 of those, but i dont think anyone would pay more for a picture than the actual cards
 
im ALMOST positive that there is a site for your exact question. it calculates what its for, how much to charge and what the average sale cost is. someone back me up here. someone made it because photographers have started to slim down on their rate and its messing up everyone else that wants to sell pictures.
 
True but in this particular scenario usually would just grab a image offline for free (illegal but low risk), or maybe by a stock image for a few dollars, or just use an image that the invitation printer has in stock or on a fixed template.

I think $100 is appropriate. If they want cheaper I wouldn't go below $75.

 
^nope. Im pretty sure they were looking for it to be free of charge because they denied my offer of 100 bucks haha. oh well.
 
That's aright man. One more person edumacated. Photos aren't free.

This shows your photos would have value to some one, it's extraordinarily rare that some one will come to you with an offer but if you start to market yourself and put your photos out there you could start building up some cash flow. I started selling photos within a couple months of starting photography. they sucked but I was a shameless idiot but it payed off because I was able to upgrade equipment much quicker and progress much quicker.

on the contrary, you should be the one paying more attention, the guy was denied the offer of 100 dollars, mr despite was wondering what happened after that.
