Ok I just typed out a pretty long post in the nonskigabber, I was proofreading it and all the sudden the whole thing deleted itself, what the fuck

 
that same exact thing happened to me about a week ago. I typed up a huge article in response to a thread and it just vanished.

Every 20 minutes NS will refresh.

If you leave your browser alone for a while and return, refresh manually to avoid having it refresh while you type.

or just copy the text every 19 mins and you dont have a problem

lesson learned. always a good idea to copy stuff down if you've typed alot of info.

If I'm writing a long responce I just type it somewhere else and then copy it onto here. That way I can read the other post while writting it adn don't have to worry about my browser refreshing.

 
OK, this same thing just happened to me. Jesus! NoPoles can you remove the METAREFRESH tag from the PostReplya.php4 file? I do not see the need for this here, as it is disruptive to replies more thoughtful than: ^word, you suck, etc.

Done, you guys can now disable the auto refresh in your account tools. I had to make alot of changes to make this worth while... You better enjoy it.

Just make sure to not be typing posts for too long. You are automatically logged out after 30 minutes without loading a page.

If you type a post for 35 minutes it will be lost when you submit.
