What the hell is "Embasi"?

I've been seeing those damn stickers everywhere that say "Embasi". What is it?

it means that you are a member of the united states, and have visited a foreign embassy. Embasi is teh french form, they use the french part ebcause everyone thinks that france has a pussy army, so then tehy step, then dubya steps, then shit goes down.

I have seen these stickers at my local ski area and everywhere around my town, from the KFC Drive through window to bus stops. What is Embasi?
