the radar doesnt always work very well in the mountains... the peaks of the mountains are in the clouds, therefore it would just look like a big mass cuz the radar would be bouncing off the mountains...

yay! too bad i have finals mon-wed. but then its skiing bliss...timeshares for two weeks = good shit. im staying the week after christmas at the embassy suites and the week after new years at the marriott both right next to heavenly but ill be riding alpine most if not all days

alpines not as far as truckee. its round the middle of west shore kinda...down 89. right by tahoe city if im not mistaken. its northstar is farther

all westshore resorts, Homewood, Alpine, and Squaw are all pretty far from So. Tahoe, mainly because you have to drive around Emerald Bay, which can be a total pain in the ass with new snow...

ya it may be bad with new snow but when i was there there wasnt new snow and it didnt seem like it took very long
