Whoa are you kidding me? Do you mean the news that scrolls between the different stories?
That is like the single best thing we've ever added to the site. So to answer your question, well thought-out tweaks and bugs get put into a list which we attack based on priority.
Bad suggestions we ignore. Like when we had a non-scrolling news section that didn't allow us to have so much content and then we changed it to one which did. Now NS has news like it never has before.
If you're getting so choked out about the videos on the front page, why don't you either throw it into fullscreen, sign up for the podcast or go watch NSTV for a bit?
