That's really fucked up. And psychologists have researched this, it's called the bystander effect. I remember it happened when a school kid got stabbed to death by a group of kids in broad daylight on a city street and no one did anything.

thats disgusting. i feel so bad for that girl, a close friend of mine who is a girl had something like that happen to her. and she was suicidal for a very long time. it sucked seeing her like that :/ and hers wasnt even as bad as this one sounded

word but don't they think the reason that no one helped kitty was because she was a stripper? i mean not saying that justifies anything but this poor little girl was 15 and it was a school dance! i can't believe NO ONE thought to themselves, "hmm this situation is slightly fucked."
 
Richmond is the sketchiest city i have ever been to in my life. I would expect something of this degree from there.

I'm not saying this was OK, but that city is already fucked, locking up a bunch of people isn't going to help shit.

fucking Richmond, that city is so fucked up its hard for me to put to words. honestly you can only experience it. But then again you really shouldn't, its the most or one of the most violent cities in the US.
