And to the op, go to manage my NS and settings you should find stuff there. Also on the middle far right you should see upload photos of some sort. Just experiment with stuff.
 
If the photo you are trying to use is too big try uploading it to an editing program such as photoshop and then save it as a smaller size and try it again. If that doesnt work then I'm out of ideas ATM
 
or grow some balls and realize that those little numbers dont actually mean anything...

i can buy and sell just fine. as long as you have positive feedback/can have the potential buyer/seller refer to a past member who you have done legitimate business with, your fine.
