idk im pretty sure for the last 4 years when I got sent say, $100 i actually would get $100 instead of 96.57 or somebull shit like that. Its annoying cause it adds up

I've been using it for years and have always paid. Depends how your account is set up how much you pay though. Merchants have more options for receiving money but also more fees
