you are taking this whole world series thing too far. yes, poker was a big success, but since then i have seen world series of some other card game i think, and now today World Series of Darts? its supposed to be a sports channel, card games, and darts are not sports. take them off the air, cause they are absolutly retarded. right now id rather watch NASCAR or golf on tv than the World Series of Darts/poker/other shit that isnt baseball.

any thoughts
 
yeah thats the other one i was thinking of, dont know why i thought it was a card game. i saw fat black guys playing dominoes though
 
i totally agree..i hate sitting down and puting on espn and getting poker or darts or something stupid like that.i want highlites and scores.and while they are at it they shoudl take nascar off the air.who the fuck wants to watch cars drive in circles for 3 hours.certinly not me
 
dude, the world series of dominos kicked ass. i got to watch mexicans take on the jamaicans, and they were both so intense. i definetely enjoyed that
 
na darts is pretty big al over the world. its a solid sport, but what the fuck, play that shit during the day or late night, nto at fucking primetime. Now The COntender series, thats great shit.

yeah contender was good, and i dont consider darts a sport, it is a game to me.

and steezepatrol, shut the fuck up. if you would rather watch darts than baseball, then good for you, but you dont need to make fun of baseball. i would rather see pretty much anything over darts
 
I love watchin darts on fox sports and I've watched a little bit of dominos. I really dont mind, I mean if they are going to have poker why not have other games like that. ESPN should make a new channel just for table games and shit, then eveyone would be happy.
 
i think these shows are fuckin entertaining to watch and thats what espn was aiming for. it adds a little variety and attracts a lot of people who usually wouldnt watch espn. i watched the same episode of darts today for the second time and it was still cool to see. if you want highlights and shit turn it to espn news and you can watch all you want there.
 
ESPN has to show poker because it gets good ratings. Darts, dominos and other stupid games should be taken off the air.

man no kidding. poker is not a sport. darts are not a sport. bowling and golf are hardly sports. ESPN is going down the drain quickly.
 
no matter how much i love golf, i just cant watch it very much on tv. i play a decent amount but watching it just isnt for me. as for nascar, it just does not interest me at all.

and the Viking Obsticle Course, that shit is awesome. i watched it once, only time i could find it on, and there was one guy who couldnt get the color or the math. but the fact that they do that and still manage to be like 140 is amazing, they are like all muscle

I lost all respect for ESPN when I saw a trick bowling competition. No lie. one guy threw a pin at the ball and knocked it into the dispenser thing. I just dropped my head in disappointment.
 
but most of that other crap is put on at randonm times when they need filler anyway. if they didnt show that it would be filled with barry bonds behind the scenes or the jose canseco story. or some other human interest bullshit. and id rather see pool darts and dominos then some more geeto ass street ball (god damnit mother fucker traveled again, and there's a carry cant these fuckin refs see)

trick bowling too? thats a little out there but whatever. trick shot magic billiards is awesome cause they do some crazy shit. oh ya and that viking challenge already mentioned is insane! one guy just like ran through the entire course without pausing or anything. he dominated.
