So, it snowed allllll day yesterday her in tahoe,finally this shit is a month late atleast, Alpine got like 3 feet... then it mother fucking rained and the snow sucks fuck shit ass balls. what the fuck!

ya well take them pills nick. be happy we got those 3 feet. a little rain will ruin powder skiing yes. but it will pack it in firmer and think of all the great new larger jumps they can make with all this new snow
 
Generally I really like you, but I am going ot have to say this: You are an ungrateful piece of goat poop. Yes. That's correct. I ski at a mountain that has 3 slopes, a 300 foot terrain park with one jump and 1 rail. We get 25 inches of snow A YEAR if we are lucky. Every time it precipitates here there is a chance it will be rain or sleet. It is icy nearly 60% of the time on my slopes, and still costs over $50 for a day pass anywhere nearby. So, when someone starts off by saying they got 3 feet of snow, and ends that sentence with a complaint, I want to punch them in the face
 
the northeast never had snow for more than a week last year. it would snow a foot and rain 3 inches...

as for head686, your not getting off to a good start.
 
Chill the fuck out, you obviously lack the patience to be a skier, maybe you should start bowling or something more predictable…AT LEAST we have snow! Yeah it sucks, but the base is building as I type….it is not worth stressing over, go put on your waterproof storm gear and go charge, get out of kings beach and go to the Biltmore for a cheap drink, head down to reno and pick up some UNR chicks….this is Tahoe and this happens EVERY season…we are a maritime snowpack, we are wet and heavy, that is Tahoe and there is nothing you can do about it….so quit whining, at least you did not break your 4th and 5th metatarsals snowmobiling three weeks ago (like I did) and lose nearly 8-weeks of play time….argggg! I hate people who whine, get out there and play, get wet have fun….
 
all complaining aside it was a fucked situation. Usually it rains and then turns to snow, this time was opposite. We got 6-8" of snow even in reno and it rained all the way up to the highest peak by the evening ruining the entire snow storm. Just kind of a strange weather event. But it will make for great shapeing snow to build up the park we've been waiting for, but I think I speak for all tahoe people when I say it would be nice to get a pow day this year.
 
thanks jex, it's what i ment. Im grateful for the snow but it sucks when you cant really have much fun on it. The 3 feet of snow should have been 5 but its so heavy you can barely ski it, sorry if your hill in the east or midwest sucks that not my problem , sorry if i complaned but im tired of waiting to ski some atleast half ass snow. And fuck if im not gonna drink a few whineikens every once in a while.
 
just ride it anyways... i know people that still don't have any snow.......as long as your not riding on dirt
 
uhh how bout u shut the fuck up you douche bag...im pretty sure the majority of the ppl on newschoolers do not give a shit about how your snow is in tahoe....the only ppl that do care are the people that live near you or are planning on going there.. so the next time you want to be a little bitch and express how you feel about the weather...post it in the regional forum where ppl MITE care...but since it is you...they probably wont
 
im sure every one here has complained at one time bout there mountain or its conditions so next time u guys complain and get a nasty response think of this
 
How about fuck all of you, im not gonna apologize for not likeing the snow condition's, Fuck all you peices of shit. Your all hardcore skiers ski bullshit snow i for one dont feel the need to, its easy to say "ski it anyways" but when your in it its a different story, fuck you all.
 
Happened to me last year. Mountain had 3 inch base. And then on Christmas day it snowed two feet. Then 3 days later it rained again.

your boring all of us....i live in Tahoe, 9 seasons now bro...this is normal and it happens EVERY year...and snow, ANY SNOW is good, 70-inch base at the top of alpine....30-inches of BASE added in three days!!! these are the storms that make us kick ass in MAY when everyone else is mud and grass

all the resorts on the east coast opened earlier than usual, this is like our best season since a long time
