What the fuck are my rights. po9 keep fucking up my week

How do they "hold you in custody"? Just ask them, am I under arrest for something? Then Mirandize me and give me my lawyer immediately. If not, I'm leaving. They can't just detain you to buy themselves time. It's illegal.
 
We have this asshole campus officer here who always tries to search people's rooms. Big bald fucker who we call Bald Head Slick.

Just a week ago he searched my friends room because he "smelt something" in the hallway. My friend had been sitting doing his homework for the past hour so he let Bald Head Slick in because he knew he had nothing in his room at the time. Two days ago bald head slick was back put this time my friend refused him entry and said he was going to file a harassment charge against the "officer". He had weed and alcohol in his room at the time but bald head slick couldn't search his room.

The other day as well he tried to catch me high when I wasn't but he was convinced that I was. He kept using all these big words to try to confuse me but didn't realize I understood all the bullshit he was spewing. Fuck bald head slick and all the idiot RAs we have. Dorms suck, I can't wait to get that apartment in a month so I can actually enjoy a blunt in peace.

 
Also in these dorms the RAs will open the door for any campus police, even if you're not there. Its very sketch to do anything in this shit place.
