Haha. I just read that and I was like "What an idiot." The guy is a nasty receiver and he goes and does that. I guess he was already hurt but still.
 
I read that about an hour ago and laughed my ass off. Why does he carry a gun with him at a night club. What good is he going to do with that. Maybe he read pac mans book on how to stay out of football. fuck guns and fuck the giants.

i like that guy and i think he's one of the best receivers out there, so he should hire a fuckin bodyguard to carry his guns for him and stop thuggin' so goddamn much, that's how fucking pro ball players get in so much trouble. he doesnt want to end up like the vicks or something.
 
damn, why cant black people make a good image for themselves besides Barrack. Like seriously, why do things like this always happen and it turns out that its a black man. I know its not only black people that do things like carry guns and shit but why do they keep perpetuating a bad image for themselves if society already puts African Americans as the ones who are always criminals or doing wrong. If I was in a position of fame, and I was black I would be a lot more careful with my image and try to make Blacks as a whole look like better role models and people in general. People like plaxico, pacman, and Mike vick are really fuckin it up for the black mans image. This is dumb.

its cuase they somehow think there crippled and its all white peoples fault. like slavery is over get over it i mean jews got over the holocaust and you dont see most balck people walking around dressing white or talking normal they talk in there ebonics or watever and just give out that image of flat brim hat, large clothes, etc they bring it to themselves. not hating on all black people just the ones that give out this image

What I don't understand is how all these high profile celebrities even get into those clubs with guns anyways. Even at shitty bars around here they'll pat you down or scan you, why is this not happening at these presumably classier baller clubs?
 
sorry man, but in the NFL a TON of people are assaulted and robbed, way more than in any other sports league. NFL players are targeted a lot more than you may think.

Either way, not a good idea to carry a gun, pretty stupid on his part. Not like the giants were gonna keep him anyways
 
yeah. like that jaguar guy that got shot a bunch of times and is now paralyzed. and sean taylor from the redskins last year. and some cornerback on the bucs was robbed within the past few years
 
yeah for sure man...i can see why nfl players would carry a gun every where the jaguar guy who got paralyezed had a leg amputated and everything just because he had money and who ever wanted his car...and sean taylor..and darrent williams from the denver broncos who had his limo shot up and he got shot in the throat and died in brandon marshalls lap sad shit

plax is my favorite player in the nfl i loved him fro the steelers and even more for the giants...yes i believe he is an idiot and its completly accidental but i understand why he was carring a gun...i would they are mugged and beat up so much.

Plaxico has been in trouble before and i'm sure he thinks he needs it for protection but seriously he was probably partying in New York and I'm sure everyone was pumped to see a star at the club. No one was going to attack him and if he is that scared why doesn't he hire some body guards instead of walking around with a gun.
 
when he says "targeted" he means like for robberies and shit...which is true. but there have also been a ton of NFL guys shot in the last few years. yall are forgetting that one guy in denver who got shot up real bad in front of a club downtown.
otherwise youre right about the bodyguard thing, he shouldnt be running around with a gun on him when he's already been in trouble with the league this year

exactly. If I were a famous football player (or just famous for that matter) I would have a gun on me at all times. You don't want another Sean Taylor (RIP) type situation.
 
well that's quite strangei hate the giants but i love plaxico, partly because of his namethe best 2 football names i've ever heard are plaxico and jamarcus
 
they updated it today...they said plaxico approached the club with team mate antonie pierce

the gaurds to the club stopped them, plaxico informed the guard that he had a gun...the guard took plaxico to the side and plaxico was beginning to unload the gun when he lost handleing on it and shot him self in the leg...the guard attempted to call for an ambulance but plax said no and i guess drove him self to the hospital and checked in and was released later today so it must have been like a graz or something because i highly doubt if the bullet penetrated any where into his leg he would be released already but you never know i guess....

the artical also said he had a conceal and carry permit, but it expired in may 2008, but did not say wheather or not he had it renewed since then.
