Birk’s trick selection is always just fis spin to win and as creatively conservative as possible, he’s won with it in the past but it’s refreshing to see him not be rewarded for it when the event was so explicit about focusing on style

Hot take but I agree. Don’t need a separate category, just need to try to reward style properly as you would for technicality. Easier said than done, I know judgings tough.
