By using Google, (check it out) I found that the song was made specifically for the commercial, composed by a dude named Glyn M. Owens
Knowing is half the battle!
I tried google and gave me websites with the video posted and people just asking what song is this. Sucks that theres no actual song. So upbeat and happy.
