So seeing that I will be moving west, I'm starting to assume (sarcasm) that my 80mm underfoot park skis ain't gonna cut it. I'm just wondering what snow condish is like at Big Sky and Bridger, park condish, pow days, etc? and what you ride for skis.

I'm considering on3p right now, or maybe hellbents or something of the like. But I'm wondering if that and a park ski will work, or if I want to get something a little smaller than 122 underfoot, like maybe in the 95-100 range, so I can handle pow and then use it in the park too.

The park is OK, moonlight had a lot of dope jibs this year, and big sky had some ok jumps. But a 100mm underfoot will be prime for the mountains here. I ride my 188 jps everywhere but the park and i love them they rock my socks off. Some seths would also be a good choice for a mix of both park and pow. But if you're over 150 or so id get a fatter ski for pow days like helbents.

I'm 5'8 about 155. I'm just trying to decide if I want fat like 95-100 fat, or fat like 122 fat. and rockered

Well rockered skis are only good for deep pow. If i were you, get a ski like the madens. Fat, but still rips all mountain, because there will be days where there wont be deep snow, but the snow will be amazing and you'll wanna just go rip.

and what do you guys ski on non-pow days like inbounds? a lot of cut up stuff, or groomers and park. cause I can ride my mojos in groomers and park. and rocker isn't terrible for all around riding

Its pretty soft, similar to ak enemies i believe. And on groomer days/park day i ride my thalls and usually don't venture far from swifty and ramcharger with them.

and scott just told me there is gonna be a normal camber on3p ski coming out, so that might be my baby. It's probably between these 3

I ride Legend Pros about 90% of the time in-bounds, and on super hard days I'll bust out the Mojo 90's. For backcountry I used 189 Pistols, but I'm selling those and getting something better for touring for this season. I'll also be rocking some rockered (hehehehe) on3p's this coming season as well. So what I said basically means nothing unless you're into hucking cliffs and hauling ass in which case you should buy my Pros from me. A safe bet for a softer everyday ski would be Seths or Mojo 90's, although if you get the Heads a pure pow ski would be a good idea (buy my pistols!)

My P4s are perfect for pretty much everything, execpt the park. Trees, hauling through chop, pond skimming, you name it.

i ski 4frnt msp's, 187. they are sweet skis for everything. not great for groomers, but not horrible. basically, for anything other than sketchy early- and late- season skiing, they are great.

4frnt MSP's kill it all mountain, in the park too.

STL's for park 183, soooo buttery, super lightweight, perfect swingweight, but they cause bad shinbang for me at least after a few days of buttering

I think im gonna get some thall pros for next year though for park at least

How big are you? If you're over like 160lbs or over 5'9" you should get the 188s of the jps, they are so light so manuvering isn't a problem at all. Plus the recommended mount is -5cm from center so you get a lot of tail too, they rock.
