What skis to get?

Get some bluehouse antics, or moment reno jibs/rockers, ar6 are also pretty flexy as are anthems. There are tons of choices.

Do you want a symmetrical ski or something not?

^ for ontario skiing (rails/smaller jumps) u think the 166 or 177 is better for someone my size?

Afterbangs aren't as flexy as the anthem or elizabeth though.

The G-Butters are sick, they're around 6-700 i'm pretty sure

wel its hard for me to say because I dont know how much you weigh...but if your doing mostly rails than the 166 makes more sense (less swing weight and you will be able to flex it easier)

im about 130 pounds, give or take. biggest jump at my home park is a 45 foot step down-style that i really like to trick will the 166 be way to washy on the landings? im on 174s right now and they are super stable and awesome on that jump but get extremely frustrating on rails cause they are too long for my liking. Trying to find a good size that will feel stable on jumps and be able to ninja on rails, cause i can't afford two pairs of skis

Why for sure symmetrical..? tons of no symmetrical skis ski switch just as good or better..

The only time a symmetrical ski makes sense to me is when it's flat camber with rockered tips and tails(for park skis, outside of park no symmetrical ski ever makes any sense to me). I think that then the sidecut is a bit less important, and I also think those are the only kinds of skis that make sense to have a center mount. The only kind I can think of is Moment Reno Rockers. For rails and medium(and larger if you're well balanced) jumps they seem like they would be the most fun ski..
