i am looking for some new park skis. i skis pretty much all park and more rails than jumps, but some days its the other way around. it just depends how im feeling that day. im about 6 feet tall and 170-175 lbs. im currently skiing 178 anthems. i am considering afterbangs, chronics, chronic cryptonites, stepups, ar7, halo, thall, and punisher jibs.

ehh kinda. i think it's more the skier then the ski. the better made the ski, then the better it is. for sure you can not take an on3p bc ski on rails, but as long as its not specifically designed against rails, it should work well. The armada's are sturdy as fuck so thats why i recommend them. my .02

NO. he is far to heavy for these, they would not hold up,

but you should check out the cronic crypts by line, the AR7, and the stepups for 2012. the cronic crypt for 2012 is bacisly the same as this years, so buy thisyears to save some $

oh, shit, i ment dont get the masterminds! the cronics are perfect as i already said. and dont get the afterbangs either, they are way to soft for ur weight

my bad i meant the upcoming year 2012 like have you heard anything about them im getting some new skis and dont know what to get. i ride 80% park and im 5'4 like theres so many god skis out there i just dont kno hat to get betwen recoils punx chronics scratches ar7s haha any reccomendations on those or any other skis?

ok so between the chronic cryps and the ar7's, which would be better for rails? the jumps i do tricks on are at the biggest around 35 ft right now. the biggest jump i have hit though is 70-80 ft but it is only a straight air, but these skis seem stiff enough to be able to hold up when i start to hit bigger jumps...and about the afterbangs how soft would they be for me? i think a softer ski like that would be fun to use on rails but it would definatly struggle on jumps so what would you think about that?

What are you talking about. We use the same edges, same bases, same construction, on all of our skis. You can rail Cease and Desists, they'll hold up as well as Blue Steeles.

I ment caylors and yes cease and desist and such but the fat, rockered, beautiful skis that on3p is famous for... Would you really buy those for park? All I was saying is that stick within the "park and pipe specific" skis for park and you can't go wrong. As long as you know it's a sturdy ski. The point is that everyone these days think that they need all this technology and specifics so that they can ski park, but a skis a ski.
