What skis are people getting

the suspects look and sound pretty dope, im either getting line anthems or invaders depending on my budget. I want something that will possibly hold up on rails but still be fun to butter on and are flexible...

well i already purchased my invaders.. soooo stoked on them. just need bindings now

but, im thinking bout picking up some anthems too, once i get the money

once i get the money and you still have them i will.

iv been looking for a job everywhere and cant find one anywhere. but im sure people will start hiring cause school is starting again...

the anthems look sick, and I think having a wider park ski might be nice, but im wondering if I will eventually get sick of having that wider surface on rails...now i might be leaning more towards invaders

makes sense now allen. youre starting to turn into the old steve. cept your not really biggie.

suspects seem like they have tooooo much sidecut for a park ski I would not want to ride those. Think I might end up on the teneighty this season

sidecut matters how? i personally like sidecut cuz then you can actually use them outside the park.

but for me im thinkin either JO pros, or mojo ones, or both depends on how nice my parents are feeling. but im gonna reuse one pair of my mojo bindings, those things are unbreakable.

I heard that all of the salomon skis this year are getting new edges and a new edge technology? supposedly more durable? whats that all about?

i have thrusters but they have like 10 cracks so they shouldn't hold up long but i might my 1080 of k2 symetrics the white and green ones

just got my skis. well theyr ehuge and super sick. im so stoked for ski season. i gotta wax the hell out of them this week. haha

no no no no no no no baaaad idea! bad bad bad idea! your binding will rip out soooo much easyer just get one pair of skis or find some cheap good binders off either here or ebay

hahaha for sureee

or on a more serious note
amplid makes a plate where you can inter change any bindings...
idk if the still make it but i know they did for the 07/08 season

did ytou ever ride my skis last year? theyre so fast compared to the rest of your skis. and that was last year like three years since i gave a shit about waxing. seriously you should ski these guys after a while. you'll be amazed.

I'm torn between Walls or Anthems... I've been going back and forth all summer. I have no idea how I'm going to make up my mind!!

that is very true also. but still two of the best...
that is a very good solution lol. if you have 900 bucks just laying around

Yeah, that's the whole problem, I'm not sure which way I want to go, stiff or soft. Given that I'm 5'10" 175lbs, I'm leaning toward stiff. I'm just affraid the Anthems would be total noodles for me.

Or, just get both! Of course then I need two sets of binding too... so more like $1440 if you count tax.

The 08/09 Anthems have the sickest graphics of any ski this year (in my opinion, of course), they're cheaper, and they'd be super fun for just fucking around on.

But, I think they'd be useless on ice and hard pack (i.e. MN all season), and I worry that they'd just wash out on me on landings since I'm not a 110lb 14yr old. But I'm still tempted :)

Anyway, I think the Walls would be appropriately stiff for me. So, 177s or 184s? Volkls measure short, so I was thinking 184s, but 177s might be fine given the stiffness...

Probably a pair of the 192 reno freebirds, maybe something else. I dont have a dedicated park ski, so I want to pick something up for living here in minnesota, but my budget is tight.

I hate to say it but I would rather lose the integrity of my shitty ass skis by switching bindings over than spending $120 on some fks. Honestly taking a screw in and out 20 times is not going to grind threads down to an open bore if youre gentle. girls.

well instead of paying 120 on bindings youre going to spend another 400 on skis next season.
