Only Park:
Pipe cleanersextreme
best way to decide is to demo/read reviews - hit up skipass.com or freeskier mag website....
 
pipecleaners excel at park and groomers and light(!) pow. they are soooo fast. def get these over ar6 if you dont mind waxing em. I love mine. no experience w k2, but the ones you listed are very different skis than the armadas listed.wrong forum too homie
 
i rode both the pipe cleaners and ar6 (i have the ar6). you seriously cant tell the difference. the pipe cleaner is just a little faster cause of the better base. thats it.

i put a beating on my ar6s quickly and decided to just buy some suspects cause i figured i ski a lot of park and any ski i have im going to break. i like my suspects WAY better. so much more poppy, a little lighter, faster/ stronger base, ski better switch, better edge hold... and even though it doesnt effect performance, the topsheet doesnt chip nearly as bad. just hoping they will last as long as possible.
 
oh yeah, i havent liked the k2 skis ive tried. just my preference.

and by no means the ar6s were that bad, i loved them
 
Absolutely not.
It comes down to personal preference. Armada skis as a whole and K2 skis as a whole ski much differently than each other, not to mention the models you have specified.
k2 skis don't generally have the durability issues as armada either.
