What Ski would you Buy out of these 3?

ok lets analise the skis,

arv's armamda's a company that act's like it's by the riders for the riders. yet the skis are made by Elan. hmm lieing to all of us. I don't think that anyone would buy a ski from a company that lied to them.

Seth Pistols, a decent ski with good deminsions, however they donot use a single piece of wood as the core, it's more of a particle board type material, so if there are imperfections they simply cut them out and replace it with glue. wow a wood/glue blend core, no good. Also it supposts chinese child labor, that may be a plus of a minus. However k2 as a company they are also sneaky fucks. They talk shit about skiers behind our backs, look at any k2 mountain bike ad's tehey say shit like 'in our spare time we make skis'

And then there are the motherships. Line does use a solid piece wood core. But they turn their backs on everything they try to stand for and start. But the new motherships do look pretty cool, and because I'm probably getting them I'm gona advise you not to go with the lines either, can't have too many of us out there on em' just doesn't look good.

Let's think about this for a second. Yes, Armada's new shit is supposedly being made in an Elan factory. Is this bad? First production run Armadas seemed to have some quality control issues. Their factory seemingly couldn't make enough skis to satisfy demand. People were choked because some of their skis were breaking and others were choked because they couldn't get what they wanted. So, Armada seemingly decides 'hey let's get a new factory where our skis can be made with better quality control, and faster, so that we can get a higher number of higher quality skis out to market, without raising prices'. I'd say that's a smart move. Here's a question for you: Do you get choked at Salomon because Fisher makes half their skis? Probably not. Are you bitter because all Forum snowboards are apparently manufactured by Elan? No. So stop making idiotic, uneducated comments. I thought you were above shit like this Phrosty. I must say I'm disappointed.

if you can get the arv's for cheap i'd get those. they are a sweet ski. i rode em for a few weeks earlier in the season. i would have bought them but couldent get a discount on them, so i got the ar5's

email armada and ask them if elan makes their skis. they'll tell you 'We can't say either way' when it's common knowledge that elan does in fact make them.

 
They are still better skis than anything else out there. The yarent made like Elan skis, they have their own mold and everything. It doesnt matter who makes them, they would still be the exact same ski if they were made in a Burton, or Karhu or Soloman warehouse.

personally, I'd go for the SPs. They are an awesome all around ski. they don't suck once you get out of powder, you can take em on groomed and into the park too

i have riden thr arv and the pistols i prefferd the arv but they were obviously not as high of quality just because it is a better all mountain ski i would get the arv unless tou ride park then go with the pistols i like the softer flex pattern for my personal preferance bit if they are pure powder skis either way tou cant loose assuming armada has fixed the durability issues with their skis.

can you get an s.t.d. from a polar bear?
 
next years ARVs are gonna be sick. i'd definately try to pick up a pair of those.

um...i don't know if you idiots know this but most skis and snowboards are made in the elan factory because of its huge size. elan also makes really high quality shit. no one likes them because they made shitty twin tips in the beginning but when they release the new twin i've heard it's gonna be huge!
