What ski rail should i build

wanna make sumthing crazy

already have basic rails like

a frame

flat rails

donkey rails

flat down flat down flat

give me somthing crazy and unique to build

whats the weirdest rail youve seen that you wanna see be built

i got some rails left over, im rebuilding

will update thread with pics (hopefully)

also am building 8 foot tall drop in wit m snow

leave your suggestions below

( i cant really do curve rails FYI the pvc is too thick)
 
Donkey dick tube with a small gap to transfer to flat tube. Like this:

All I can think about is getting to the last flat down and catching my skis. Don’t get me wrong I think u did a super sick job but you overestimate my abilities if u think I can do anything but ski slide that b
 
playing w diff PVC types is always fun as well, you could get a 12" or larger for surface swaps
 
in my humble personal opinion, once you get past like 4 inch pvc it doesn't matter to much

also the bigger the pvc the bigger the cost, and its harder to find

the reason i say it doesnt matter is cuz you are only really ginding on a small little point of the pvc , wider pvc gives you a little bit more wiggle room to mess up though, and it seems easier, mabye cause you can spot it better ??

its free if you break into construction sites

my reasoning for the fat tube is just that i feel like my best hike sessions have been on fat tubes, but the yard rails i have are mostly 4"

A Frame rail got turned into a A-frame with 2 90 degree angles

I tried to turn it into a battleship but it fell apart so 90 degree A frame is here to stay
 
You can bend pvc by applying heat, or cutting several lines part way through on the bottom side to gradually bend it.

A whale tail would be cool, or a "Zattleship"-up-flat-down with side kinks at both joints. Or any kinked rail with drops at the kinks.
 
sideways rail would be sick to get creative with.

ok guys basically the setup is gonna be taken down soon, as we have had no snow for months.

kinda sucks the one year i build a cool setup we have no snow, but it was very sick for the 2 months i could use it

YES i could use it year round, but it is annoying to ski without a snow landing

My plan for next year:

20 foot flat rail 1 ft tall for progression

possibly an A frame of some sort

and possibly a curved rail: whale tail, double u, s, something weird basically

I had like 10 rails this year and only really used one of them a bunch (flat rails) and want to focus on that for next season.

I definitely want to try and build one singular crazy werid/ cool rail for next year so lmk what it should be

I plan on disassembling a lot of the rails i didn't use last year and donating the pvc to the homies
