What size of skis to get?

Hey I'm 5'8" tall 135 pounds and planning on buying next years ON3P Filthy Rich's. I have heard that they ski a lot shorter than they actually are so I am just curious if someone can confirm this and help me with what size to get. I am coming from 176 2009 Armada Ar6's.
 
how did you like the 176? i would say 181 just because i like longer skis, plus the early rise or .we they do ski shorter
 
i think you'd feel more comfortable on the 76's as opposed to the 81's, yea there rockered and any rockered ski feels short but you don't weigh that much so no need to push it it imo
 
I'd go 176. Im not sure exactly how much more or less rocker my alpha 1s have. But im about 5'9-11 or something and 130ish pounds. My 182 alpha 1s seems a little long. Definitely rideable, which ever you buy you will get used to. Not a huge deal imo
 
I'm 5'8" and I'm getting the 181s next season...they do ski pretty short with all the rocker.
 
The reason its split is because its preference. Some people perfer slightly shorter or slightly longer. It's really your call, Im sure you'll be able to handle either ski.
 
personally i think u should get smaller than 181. 176 or even think about that 171 seriously. since 181 is heavier and ur 5'8" and light i think u would like a shorter lighter ski. but ya 176 would probs be perfect
