What size for PE , i'm 147 lbs. Need advice!!!

I'm thinking to buy new PE.

I weight 147 lbs, what size do u think i should buy?

174 or 169?

I now have the ar5 180, they look to be too heavy and long for me!!!

I ski all mountain and obviosly park, but just at the beginning.

I'm not going to grow up in next year, that's for sure

What do u think?

How tall are you??? Height has a lot to do with what size you should get.

i'm 5.8

sometimes it looks my ar5 180 looks to be too long

what do u think, is it better if i short down a bit?

consider that my level of skiing is good, but my level of freestyle skiing is really at the beginning.

maybe a softer , shorter ski would fit me better??

 
im not sure how much lighter the 174 PE would be than the ar5's....if even lighter at all

yeah the ar5 is def lighter dude, sick with your 180s, im 5'7" and i kind with i had 180s that were center (my 176 rnt center) then i would have more tail

PEs are pretty heavy, at least compared to all the skis ive ridden

The thing is that i want a more "easy" ski.

I consider myself a quite aggressive skier, but as i told before my freestyle level is not that high!

so instead of the ar5 180 , u think that a pe 174 would be easier? (I ask for this 'couse i con find great great deal with k2)If not the pe what's your advice?

oh, and make sure u center mount (+7.5) your PE's...

I mounted mine at +5 and regret it.. still so far back

yea 169 is a good size, you really dont want them too big because it will be harder to spin and stuff. the 169 is a good size, not to big yet not to small
