I'm about to make cake dips.
make a bowl of cake batter (chocolate works best. for some reason it holds together better) but instead of baking a cake, pour it into mini-muffin molds and bake those (baking time- 15-20 min instead of 35).
then make a bowl of buttercream frosting (add some food coloring if you want to get all martha stewart).
let the mini cakes to cool and then set them out with the fresh frosting. go chips-and-salsa style. its glorious!
