What should i do with my young life

I am 13 yrs old. i live in pocatello idaho. (like 3hrs away from salt lake city.) i love skiing more than anything in the world. i don't have the great tricks all i can do is like 7's with grabs,and just switch 7. i can slide handrails of any sort but just spin off. i know that i most likely won't go pro. it is a crappy reality that i don't want to except. i would like to do photography but it is a tough bussiness beiing only like 4-5 main guys you see in magazine credits. i have friends that are all sponsored snowboarders and are all super dope snowboarders. i love skiing big mtn that is about the one thing i can do. i love to spin and lincoln off of cliffs, but i can't compete in big mtn comps til i'm 18(due to liability. i would also like to get into cinematography and make movies of me and all of my friends. i ski 85% of my time at a mtn with natural hits cliffs pow and great jump opps. the park has one 15ft table and 6 rails. i also would like to try telemark skiing. what do you guys think i should do?
 
Stay in school and keep givin' er at your hill.

If shit's meant to work out, it will. You're only 13, there's no point of making sacrifices and closing doors now. Wait until you're 17-18 to embark on a failed ski career like so many others, then have something to fall back on... Oh, and if you tell yourself that it's an unreality, you've already failed before you've started, so don't think like that.
 
youre 13 you have 5 yrs to decide what youre gunna do use that time dont be like both of my brothers who dropped out of school early highschool and have been working since they were 12 live out your childhood then make ur decision itll be the best thing uve ever done bc if u make ur decision now ull be to focused on it and wont be able to focus on having fun
 
Well for most people 7's are beginner stuff intermediate are 14's and pros do 20's. You are currently ranked as "newb". I know what you mean though, if you can do a 7 at 13 your pretty damn good
 
ur nto going anywhere in life man. if i was u id just give up my life to drugs or turn emo and cut urself. thats prettymuch ur only options now
 
dude, your only throwing switch 7's i was doing switch 16's when I was 9 and I don't have what it takes to go pro. I also like throwing double lincoln's off of 80 foot cliffs onto ice, and I quit doing rails after my switch kangraoo flip on 14 kink bio 990 truckdrivers off, i mean you need to realize you are going nowhere kid.

in all actuality you're 13 stop thinking about your future all together so you don't waste your time now, have fun, get by in school, and you'll be fine.
 
why are you stressed about your life? You are way too young to be stressed about that... go to school, ski, have fun...you really dont need to worry about shit untill your 20-25 because thats when real shit starts happening... so just ski, have fun, go to school, dont be stupid and have fun...
 
13...Don't take life so seriously, jesus. Go ski have fun with friends do well in school. You aren't even in high school and you're trying to plan out a career. HAVE FUN! Wow.
 
yeah im 13 too.. i loveee big mountain skiing (even though i live in new york, funny how that works) and im just starting in the terrain park this year...i say start mowing the shit outta lawns and start savin up and become a ski bum :)
 
yeahh too bad i can only shred big moutnain when i go on trips, once a year for a week out west...oh well
 
your sooo young, dont even think about it. im 17 and i havnt thought about my future at all.... but thats starting to become a problem now that im a senior.
 
dude thats some real big shit for 13. I would deffinately stay with it and keep pushing yourself and who knows what can happen. and you have a while to live at home still before you will need a job and steady cash flow. I rode that one out for as long as I could myself. Im only 18 and I develop websites and databases and that gets me plenty of cash. And I can work whenever I feel like it
 
get a good education, and then a good job. with all the money you get from your good job, you can ski anywhere you want whenever you want. imagine how kickass that would be.
 
^^ word. you dont have to worry about getting a good education in highschool. if you want to go to college get some good grades but otherwise highschool basically means nothing in the real world
