So I agreed to pay Ballsdeep83 money plus a dvd(which I hadn't gotten yet) for some Anthems. I sent him the money on August 7 and could not ship the movie yet as I had not gotten it yet. He PM's me on Sept. 4 saying they shipped from his shop afew days before that. I wait and never get them. I send him PM's and IM's and get no response for a long while until one day he tells me that his stoner boss never shipped them out and that he was going to take them and ship them himself. I thought everyhing was fine until again I never get them and didn't hear from him again. I have since been dealing with his friend, notagoodskier, who has been trying to help. He talked to Ballsdeep83 who said that he never received full payment, meaning the DVD. So I immediately ship the DVD to him and again he says he shipped them. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks since he supposedly them and I have still gotten nothing. Meanwhile I cannot communicate with Ballsdeep83 in any way. He claims his NS account isn't working and he never gets on IM or replies to emails. I need advice on what I should do. My girlfriends dad is a lawyer and has offered help, by the way of a letter or something to that nature. Does anyone know Ballsdeep83? What should I do. I have never had a deal go south like this on NS or anywhere for that matter.
