What should i do HELP

So i am a ski instructor, a week ago my boss saw me with ski poles that i use for park and he demanded that i never instructed with them. just today i was just chillin bout to get on the lift and he came up to me and started yellin at me saying "what did i tell you bout those ski poles" i kindly reminded him that he told me specifically that i could not instruct with them.. he said he never wants to see me on the hill with them again so i put them off to the side of the lesson area soon to find out that he took them D: but no worries i stole them back... park skiing doesnt feel right with out poles or having poles my actual size.. what should i tell him so he understands why the use of smaller poles affect park skiing? any tips are great thanks!

were u wearing ur instructing jacket when i had the lil poles? if so. i think its the image of the staff that hes worried about.
 
just dont try to piss him off anymore. it will make it worse. much like giving lil wayne money, he will become a fagot you can not stop. best of luck with the boss btw
 
yeah i was and i get that but the fact he took my poles and him yelling at me in front of a busy lift line is unprofessional too.
 
sodomize your boss with the small poles and say if he ever fucks with you again, you'll do it with the longer ones.
 
just wear your own gear when skiing park wih your poles and you should be fine. my ski school boss is completely different, he lets me teach with half naked women on my skis lol
 
dude your telling me to grow up.. your starting shit over a forum online in a skiing commuunity save your trash talk for somewhere else and grow up nobody likes you.. if you didnt like what i had to say dont comment on my shit.. alright thanks..
