I'd lose the 6th sense. It gets annoying sometimes...they even made a movie about it.

Sight: no because I couldn't ski or cook

Touch: same as above

Smell: need for taste I think, but if not I'd lose smell

Taste: I'd probably keep this one above all because I love to cook and eat.

Hearing: I'd lose this I think because I could still ski and cook, and because I just read the deaf skiers thread.

yeah with smell you lose taste, so that's 2 for 1, but i'd still rather lose smell and taste than lose touch, sight, or hearing
