the crossmax's are pretty good, but i heard the atomic ones are the fuckin illest skiercross ski ever

almost any atomic race ski is fast. i rode 9.12 for slalom last year and they are hella fast. atomic makes a good race ski. i heard that the atomic skier cross ski is one of the fastest. by the way didnt the guy in x games win on atomic?

Yes Atomic SX 11 is absolutely the best skier cross ski you can buy. Some GS skis are not bad either. Pros skis are usually different than those regardless of manufacturer. For exsample Salomon is using modifed GS ski wich has nothing to do with Crossmax series. Personnally I don´t like those Pilot system skis, too damn soft.

 
the next year crossmax are nuts, its a mix of the 2v and the 3v...

also the rossi 9x are good.

Crossmax P10's are my favorite carving ski. I tried next years Spaceframe crossmax's at industry demo at the end of the season and they wernt as responsive as my good old fashioned 2001's.

Just get some modern GS race skis. IF you ski old race skis over 200 you'll wash out in the turns and somebody will run over your skis fucking you up... You want something short, stiff, and with a lot of sidecut. I use K2 Mach GS when I race or skiercross and I like them a lot. Don't get crossmax's they kinda suck as far as I'm concerned, they turn great, but get super wobbly when going straight. I think any modern GS ski should be fine.

 
i did skiercross on my mountain with atomic 9.12 SL skis. they did everything good.

Its true about them washing around alot in the straights but if you put them both on a slight inside edge they are fine
