What other forums are you active on?

New to the site and curious to see what other forums y'all are members on.

The only other forum I use is WallStreetOasis.com, so i'm pretty new to the forum game in general.

Mostly this and a few sub reddits. Reddit itself is a fucking cesspool of a website (not much different than 4chan imo) but there are some various subs I peruse, mostly football and hockey ones cuz they always have cool gifys and shit like that. And various subreddits dedicated to podcasts I listen to, as well.

the whole internet karma "hey look how progressive and funny I am" circle jerk that reddit houses really does ruin the fun sometimes, though.

its exactly that as well as "hey, how many social brownie points can i get for this post?"

what people deem tame here (i.e. ball busting, fucking around) is a bannable offense on reddit because they don't want anyones feelings getting hurt on the internet.

They got their priorities fucked and are fake as the rest of them, though. This is a website that took down their "fat shaming" sub reddits before r/coontown, which is chock full of violent hate towards black people.

The only thing I find redeeming about reddit are sports specific sub-reddits. Especially when following a league/team in another country and time zones make it difficult to watch games. Having all highlights, news etc in one forum is great. Besides that, you're dead right, it's a bit of a cesspool.

Love reddit, hate the circlejerk. there are some really intelligent people on the site, but really most are just people who have a super limited outlook on life, ruins it for everyone.
