Have your gopro on. Press the button on the left (or right depending on how your Looking at it) side of it. A screen will pop up. Just click the "off" option and then you can turn your gopro off.

im pretty sure the blue light means that the wifi is on so u can connect to it from ur phone or remote. press the button on the side to turn it off
