definately In Flames gets me pumped the most, such a fast pace insane band. Thrice, Rise Against, Unwritten Law, Boysetsfire etc also gets me in the mood.

 
in flames is pretty sick. but it's gotta be about the mellow hip hop. reggea from time to time.

before i ski, i just pop in some ski movies, watch a couple of profiles, then go out and ski...that usually works...

To get really pumped before a run in a comp i listen to Lose Yourself by eminem or i usually try and get pumped for just some jibbin by listenin to Linkin Park.
