Well Breck made me open all my beers inside the food areas. And there was a guy or girl chilling by the door watching people go in and out of the lodge and they would do rounds every like 5-10 mins around the outter area watching people drinking.

a couple guys tried to leave and board with their cans and the girl came running over saying they had to finish at the lodge or toss them.

Backpack + beer = drink anywhere u want besides an establishment that sells alcohol, just dont be dumb about it.

in keystone A-51 glory days the whole park was a cloud of smoke, and alcohol fumes. Miss those days
