What makes Vishnu Freeski what they are today...

What makes them who they are today is the fact that they literally made the skis for anything but skiing normally lol.

i got the vishnu wets dopiest ski I've got would definitely get another pair, but i delaminated them within 2 days of shredding at Brighton i was kinda bummed tho bc i got them 4 days before that for Christmas just gonna have to get the epoxy see how long they last. think they need to work on quality control bc i know people who ride just as hard as me and they've had Vishnu for 2 seasons

I’m gonna listen to it right now see what they got to say

This was a good podcast. And yeah out of stock till April. I asked on instagram a few weeks ago and they said the pre season sale is the next opportunity.

Are they still out of stock? When will they be in stock, i wanna get some so bad...
preorder is usually in the Summer. They are out of stock so you won’t be getting any for this year. Pairs will pop up on buy and sell tread but not often

Not the ski for me but I respect the hell out of Vishnu. Dude thrifts and sews V patches onto clothes to sell for rent payments. Thats the HUSTLE.

same here 100%. plus i like that they help push skiing as something more attainable and affordable. once you have some fundamentals, you just need some skis and a town park or handrail, not $100+ lift tickets and fuckin helicopters

i don't like symmetrical skis but i wish them the best and i hope they survive for a long time. when i win the lottery i'll buy a bunch of pairs to give away haha

Defective.

I’ve got Vs and they’ve held up solid. Only 2 edge cracks in 3 seasons. Froth not only the skis but what they’ve done for skiing culture too.

#dylanmanleyforrealski2020

On day 20ish with my wides, the spot where the edges meet in the tip started to Delam a little on both skis around day 15 but I through some E6000 in there and they’ve been fine since, with 0 edge cracks still

I don’t know what the plan is for Vishnu, but if they can start selling skis on evo or whatever, that would be huge. As long as they don’t get Revisioned.

selling on evo would ruin their whole brand and image

do people honestly not know only like three companies in the world make edges? Nothing special about their edges.

honestly man that is kinda niche knowledge for someone who isn't in the industry or spends a ton of time nerding out on gear. Also the way the edge is attached to the ski definitely affects it's durability

True and I did just learn that from a blister podcast with moment skis.
