I think if you know how to ski...go ahead and take any ski you want out of the park. But I've never skiied the T-Halls so I wouldn't really know how they ski.

Hey kids, here's the deal, any ski will work fine outside of the park, the tanner is no exception. I've watched my friend throw nines in the park on one run on them, get on the chairlift, go to the top, drop a cliff into powder with them, ski back down to the park, carving groomers at thirty miles per hour and then hit some rails to end the run. Will they be as great as a stiffer ski on hardpack, no. Is it a park ski, yes, a sick one at that. Give them a chance, I think you'll like them.

^ this person is correct. one day at northstar i was skiing with calskierX, who rides T-Halls, and we killed the park in the morning, then we got bored and he kicked my ass on the backside groomers and skied in crusty powder through the trees. T-Halls definitely aren't AK big mountain skis but you can ski everything fine with them.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.
 
What is peoples deal its ski you could ride a plank of wood wiht metal edges that you strapped on to by duct taped flip flops. The only true differnce is width fat to pipe skis

 
I'll tell everyone right now T Halls are the illlest ski I've ever ridden and just like ian said, theyre super soft flex pattern so at high speeds, they dont have the control that a stiffer ski will have. But it doesnt matter to me cause im not a racer and i have other stiffer skis

the t hall sidewall is also whack, and it is really stiff under foot.

They just lack the performance the rest of the Armada line has outside of butter's, jumps and rails.

Hahahaha you guys are saying the THalls perform just fine outside the park! If you aren't a very good skier you will not know the difference but if you know anything about skiing you will be very disappointed

I personally have ridden them all over. Park, hard pack, bumps, slush, powder, pond skims... and they will rock your socks. They are so sick just about anywhere... don't listen to this "park only" BS.

a ski instructrer has the black t-halls 04/05 and does all mountain and seems to have no trouble with them so what are you all talking about?

Skiing in NC aint so bad

I hate it when snowboarders think they are so cool because they can 50 50 a rail

i'd say they are a bit soft but any ski will work outside the park as long as you know how to ski the mountain well.

yeah my friend has the t-halls and hes a good skier he rides um outta the park fine like the make no diff. and for spinks a i totally disagree Armadas every last one of um rides supurbly outta the park especially the pow skis and surprissingly the ar5 and the tanners to
