What liners?

Ive been using my Intuition (tongue) liners that came with my FTs for ~300 days and they are starting to feel loose. They are all cut up at the big toes and have a giant rusty gash where they rub on the ankle part of the shell.

Ive been thinking about buying some Zipfits or Intuition pros but idk what is more economical. If the zipfits really do last 1,000+ days then its cheaper to buy zipfits than to replace my Intuitions every 300 days. But if they end up with cut up toes and the rusty gash then Ill just hotswap FT Intuitions every 300. My FT shell is also getting pretty rough on the toe piece that interacts with the binding so they might be up for a replacement in the 23/24 season.

Idk how I should proceed. Any other liner brands I should be looking into?

Sounds like you're due for new boots anyway which will score you a new liner. I'd probably only pursue a zipfit if you're really looking for added performance, not just long-term cost savings. Unless you take REALLY good care of them, any liner will start to get a little gross and worn out at the 500 day mark. That said they will unlock a new level of comfort and performance for pretty much anyone.

i can only comment on the pro wrap but i was surprised that it’s got none of the low density foam that the FT stock intuitions have. Makes the boot much stiffer and receptive than stock FT liner. the break in process was way worse, but once you get them broken in it makes a night and day performance difference

I really hope my boots will last another season or two :( I love my boots. Ill post some pics of the shell when I get home so yall can get a better look and tell me if im trippin.

If they will last another 150 day season I would be happily to invest in a Zipfit for the added performance and move them to a new shell when needed. I just dont wanna pay $450 for a Zipfit if its only gonna last 3ish seasons. Because a $180 Intuition Pro will last me two.

I honestly had no issue with my stock FT Intuitions until about 240ish ski days in. Ive heard great things about the Pros tho and would defenitly be intrested in trying them. I just dont wanna buy them and then regret not just spending the extra on the italians. Maybe its a smarter idea to try some pro wraps before moving to a Zipfits. I could also buy a new pair of my boots for the same price as the zipfits rn. Fucking torn

bought the pros on a closing sale. they explained that they "give the boot more horsepower" stupidest thing i had heard, but after the first week i was suprised by how it felt exactly just like that.

now after 100~ days they are starting to get a little extra roomy, but that is also because my backup skiboots are a little too big.

Pro wraps or pro tongue? Ive been using the stock tongue for a minute and been concidering that pro wrap for awhile now. I like the tongue design but the wrap looks more chill. I just like shoving the tongue down throughout the day to keep presure in my heel idk how the wrap would compair to the pressure the tongue provides.

wrap. but i think the tongue ones are good too. i have had bad experiences with tongued ones, but that is also because i have had an ankle surgery that rubs where the hinge of the tongue hits. also looked into the zipfits, but they do cost a lot and don't seem to be as comfortable as the intuition ones.
