What kinda protection do u wear?

man if you wear a cup and land on a rial it can fuck you worse than if you fell on the arail without one.. they are ment from a more straight on impact not from below.

In the park or riding hard, I always wear a helmet, soft Dainese shorts and mouthguard. I didn't wear my mouthguard one day a few weeks ago, took a knee to the face and my lip swole up really badly. Incidently, my roomate dislocated his shoulder when he fell off a box about 5 minutes later while wearing Dainese full upper body armour and the patrol doctor told him that the protection probably helped cause the dislocation.

the only thing that i am trhinking about is my hips...between learning 270 and 450 on this year, they are fucking DONE...i need some way to protest them more

always helmet (red hi-fi) hip pads for park/rails (red protection shorts) and I want to get a mouthguard.

I almost always wear a helmet, goggles down for face protection, and this year I started wearing impact shorts (really thin MSR motocross ones) because I f-ed up my hip last season. The impact shorts were a great addition. You don't even notice them.

i dont wear a helmet because none of them fit my head properly, obviously i wear googles though, but i dont hit that many rails and dont really go inverted so im fine for now

No your not. If your on skis, you should have a helmet on. If you lose your brain, you lose everything. In case you haven't noticed, vegetables typically aren't the ones ripping it up at your local mountain.

Just recently began using a helmet. Goggle always. I have a cheap pair of knee pads that I ripped of the plastic shell, so all that's left is the soft padding... kind of like a knee gasket. I might look into some crash pad shorts, since they sound like a good idea. Maybe a mouth guard too.

helmet, because scrambled brains are not cool.

and all you pansies that wear ass pads in the park, need to suck it up 'boo hoo i scraped myself'. fuck that.
