Check rossignol or quicksilver. JF rides for rossignol and quicksilver owns rossignol. But i think ive seen that jacket and it could be an older burton jacket

Special Blend makes a heavy weight hoody with that print and Analog makes a jacket nearly identical to that as well.
But I'm pretty sure you can pick one up in the hunting section of your local walmart.
