What is your favorite video-game

All time would have to be original Halo. That game completely changed console gaming.

Close others would be Unreal Tournament, COD 1, and Quake 2
 
The story got fucking complex as fuck after Fontaine betrayed you, but thats what made it one of the best games of all time.
 
i hate halo. i can't enjoy playing it at all.

skate and super smash bros n64 for consoles, fire emblem sacred stones for gameboy

Also someone mentioned Spyro: Year of The Dragon........extremely fun game. Sadly, I cannot find anywhere to download it :(.

Alright but you gotta accept the fact that it was one of the defining games in FPS multiplayer console games?

I still love Call of Duty though. I wish I could still play the game but its overrun by wallhackers and aim bots. I sure do miss destroying people with the M1 Garand on Carentan and Brecourt
 
i guess. i've never had an xbox so i couldn't get into it, but the few times i have played it have been completely underwhelming. the controls felt weird, the physics in general is stupid, and there's nothing fun about being sniped in the head from across the map while i can't kill someone even after putting 2 clips into them. cod 4 is one of my favorite games though haha
 
I used to play Fallout 3 with mods, it completely changes the game, its unreal. I just wish I had a good gaming PC that could handle Skyrim, otherwise I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

damn good call. i love pulling up tracks on all the database sites and messing around.

i would also like to add midnight club 3 dub edition. best racing game.
 
For older systems its gotta be SUPER SMASH BROS, MARIO KART, or WAYNE GRETZKY 3D HOCKEY

But as of late its gotta be ASSASSINS CREED 3 or FIFA 13 hands down

Mario Kart

Mario Tennis

Pretty much any Mario game

Time Crisis (with the gun, obviously)

The Skate series

Before Skate came out, the Tony Hawk series - unfortunately, these games were rendered unplayable after Skate.

Call of Duty and Battlefield keep me entertained and take up most of my videogame playing time these days, but I wouldn't say they are my favorite of all time.

So, basically what I'm saying is...Ecco the Dolphin is the best game of all time.
 
holy shit anyone who says they didnt love this game never played it. when i was younger it was all i did at my friends house.

im all for the classics, like mario kart and ocarina of time and smash bros, but for me, its bf3

I like BF3 alot and also minecraft. I play minecraft for a while then get bored and a few months later it's fun again.

With the nostalgia games, I haven't played any of them so I don't know what I'm missing.
 
not even close in my opinion. I liked twilight princess a lot. Zelda games are better if they have a sort of dark component.
 
Not even close. Skyward Sword has fun gameplay but the aesthetic design sucks. Zelda looks like a hipster and the villain is some makeup-wearing anime kid.

Majora's Mask was by far the darkest one, and therefore my favorite.
 
Definitely this.

Honourable mention goes to original Pokemon games on gameboy and the Tony Hawks Pro Skater series (Underground was my favorite).
