What is your dream car?

I have always been a fan of the automotive engineering of the 50's and 60's. Cars had far more style back then and were built from quality materials, not left over banana peels and garbage bags. While I am definitely impressed with the Power of the American muscle cars of today as well as the quality and performance of the European supercars such as Ferrari, Mclaren, and Bugatti. The one car that I would take above all others would be a 1969 Z28 Camaro.

Really?... 2013?

you're right, we should just keep remaking the thread every year. next time put the words "Official" and "2014" in the thread title so we know it's the one right one to go to this year

Audi R8, V10, 6 speed, with some sick body mods, some exhaust and intake modding and maybe turbo/super charged. But in reality, a Subaru BRZ 6 speed. Or both. Probably both.

I miss mine so much, straight piped, rusty and full of hoonigan, illest, skiing stickers. Theyre not bad in winter either and theyre so reliable I'd sell my 4wd crv for a clean one

Kind of realistically (price-wise at least) probably a 240sx. Anything from the s13, 14, and 15 all work for me. I just want one.

while i appreciate the sentiment, and I also am a huge fan of classic cars, this is just straight baloney, there were some fucking POOR ass cars built in the 60s. pretty much anything nowadays will survive longer than pretty much anything from the 60s based on material qualities. its the simplicity of the design that helps the old cars survive, not the materials they used. a lot of those cars were/are utter shitboxes that would never be allowed on the road by modern standards

dub post but i cant not add this. only a few cars have given me a tingly feeling in my pants upon first sight and this is one of them. it started its like as a 65 mustang, and now is an 845HP (!!) AWD drift machine, made for Ken Block to use in gymkhana 7. its called the hoonicorn, its excessive in every single way possible and i cant explain how i feel about it. has a supercharged ford V8 from Roush if anyones wondering

the rear diffuser is like a foot tall, the fender flares go out about 10 inches, everything about it is just over the top.

If you come to Sweden and pick it up, you can have one for free. Needs new battery, and brakes aren't perfect, but that's it.

My uncle is in the process of finding a a mint 68' Z/28. He said he found a perfect one exactly like the one he had back in the day and he regrets not buying it. I think he said it was selling for over $100,000.

That said, he's also looking for an SLS AMG convertible.

have a defender 90 but would love to upgrade to a 110 at some point
