What is your biggest skiing fear

the anticipation of the possibility of eating it after hitting a jump.

also most rails, I broke my arm on one, and I haven't been hitting many recently

When you think the snow is slow so you straightline for a big jump. Only to realize mid-air that you have made the wrong decision and all you can do is wait for your knees to implode.

The best way to implode your knees // gucci plateau

Rails intimidate me. I don't think I'd say I fear them but I definitely eat shit more than I should on them which makes me hesitant to hit them.

Fear is what makes skiing so fun tho in my opinion.

Nothing scares me more than hitting a sketchy, large cliff blind for the first time (you know, the kind you can only see whats beneath it once you've jumped off it...). I always have to put a snowball next to where im supposed to drop in order not to land on rocks, but i always go back to check its the right way to drop it, fucking adrenaline when you stomp it tho...

THE DRYER.

sometimes at night I start thinking about how gnarly inverts are and I'll think to myself holy shit never do that you could break your neck and ruin your life don't do it

I've never done one and the feeling passes but yea sorry for the bad juju

avalanches, i've been mostly buried once and gotten extremely lucky.

Also not in the same league but switch noses on.

biggest fear is skiing down a dope line then falling on said dope line and fall into the ice gold glacier lake below and freeze and drown to death in my ski gear. but if id did happen , it be a dope line id hope...

Backflips scare the shit out of me for some reason. And also switch tricks off jumps - only tried them once doing a switch 1 and catching my edge right off the takeoff. Rails don't really scare me that much unless they are close outs

Seeing black skiers on my local hill

When my tall t isnt tall enough

Not having the latest full tilts and being judged by the good kids

Catching an edge on the first kink of a dfd. Whenever I hit it I always have it in the back of my mind.

If I get stuck on a steep line.... I can't back track and my only option is to point and shoot over some rocks... Being in that position scares the shit out of me

2 on...terrifying. The amount of times I have eaten shit trying to get this on lock is infinity. 2 ons are my kryptonite and I hate going for them.

That snowboarding video where he was hitting the gap rail and hit the start of the second rail and some of his flesh gets "cookie cutter'd" out of his back.

K+ for vids.

This. Every time.

Guineaing a big booter for the first time is always scary. I swear to god every time I either knuckle or over shoot the shit out of it.
