Also is this the start of a cork 7 and how do I get it to my feet?

1st one is in between a cork 7 and a back full axis, and you were just shy of taking it to 9.

The second one looks like a very wonky dub 10 set. You took the cork 7 (this time on the correct axis) and over rotated to your back.

Spot the landing over your shoulder as you come out of the first 3 and your chest is beginning to face the tramp, then open up and look forward, and your body will follow.

Any advice for counting my rotations cuz I had no clue?

i don't really know how to explain it, after flipping/spinning for a while on tramp you just start to get the feel of airtime and rotations. id say just be consistent and keep practicing, and the feeling of knowing what you're doing in the air will come naturally.
